- Each SMS received is charged RM0.30. This is inclusive of subscription confirmation, results, and errors.
- We will not be held liable for the accuracy of the gaming/lottery results. We suggest that you verify the SMS results content received with the respective organisation's outlet.
- Results will be sent after 7.30pm on all gaming days including special draw days. If you request Results-on-Demand (To-Date) before 7.30pm on a draw day, you will receive results for the previous (latest) draw day. If you request Results-on-Demand (Specific Date) on a non-draw day, you will get an error message.
- For Package Subscriptions, you will receive a certain number of results on each draw day including special draw days. Number of results will depend on the subscribed package.
- For Individual Subscriptions, you will receive only 1 result on each draw day including special draw days.
- For Results-on-Demand, you will receive a certain number of results (depending on subscription) for that day or for a certain date. You will receive results only once.
- To cancel a subscription, you need to key in the keyword STOP followed by the subscription code. For example, for REG G0 ALL subscription, type STOP ALL to unsubscribe. For REG GO 4D subscription, type STOP 4D to unsubscribe. You will get an error message if you try to "end" an invalid subscription. Type STOP ALL to cancel any type of subscriptions if you are unsure which package you have subscribed to.
